The FGC project undertaken by Huaxing for Anping Waste-to-Energy plant in Hengshui, Heibei Province was commenced on July 01, 2020.

The plant has an average waste treatment capacity of 800 t/d, construction of 2x400t/d mechanical grate waste incineration production line, equipped with 1x18 MV steam turbine generator. The FGC process applied "in-furnace SNCR + semi-dry rotary spray + Sodium hydroxide solution injection system + dry method with dry powder injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + wet reserved + SCR reserved + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization process". It is an EPC project of Huaxing.

The achievements of Huaxing East in Hebei Province include Baoding phase I & II, Hengshui, Anping, Dingzhou, Cangzhou phase I, Shijiazhuang, Caofeidian, Weichang, Shunping, Tangshan phase I & II, North Zhangjiakou, Gu'an, Sanhe, Xianghe, Luanzhou, Shahe, Xia Nenxin of Shijiazhuang, etc.
